Well, I’m doing it. I’m creating a digital scrapbook of my life for all the world to see. This is my stage, watch me dance.

My name is Elizabeth. I am a proud Alaskan, a wife to a wonderful Welsh man, a mother to a beautiful baby girl, and a lover of fasion, books, food, and music. It’s nice to meet you!

I’ve had an itch to document my life in some way for a long time, though putting myself out there on the vast landscape social media intimidated me. Not only would there be so many people having an intimate view of my life and my family, I feel there exists an overwhelming demand for “fast content” which I don’t really want to participate in. I’d much prefer to put time and thought into the things I put out into the world and see who it might reach. What I’m after isn’t celebrity, but a hope that I can write my peace and let it touch the lives of those who resonate with it.

Anywho, I’m late to help my brother with a thing! I will be back. In the meantime, pour yourself some tea and pick up a good book. You always need it even when you think you don’t.
